Great shredder for a small office.
The information on Staples website is not accurate. The P4 crosscut is not 18 sheet capacity and is not able to shred CDs and DVDs. The actual product claims up to 15 sheet capacity with 20 lb paper but I think that 11 or 12 sheets max is probably more realistic. Terrific desk-side shredder.
This shredder works consistently well with its powerful and dependable motor easily eating up whatever is reasonably offered. It is very satisfying to watch it work. Like any shredder, it does jam when presented with too much or improper items. The point is whether the jamming can be easily undone and avoided, both of which are true here.
