Nice for snacks or a light lunch
Shipped with a cold pack in a cooler box, (still cold), and the sell buy date is four months away, (late April > August). The packets open easily with a tear start along the entire side of the plastic wrap. About two bites each, the Gouda also melts nicely. This brand gets lots of good reviews on other sites. These would be a nice thing to find in the break room refrige...

Too expensive
$45 for 24 small pieces of cheese is way too expensive. Not a good value at all. Thankfully Quill was gracious enough to credit me. I will be wary from now on and make sure it's worth the $$
