Not really what I thought it would be.
I had trouble with the router I purchased. I called the tech number. The gentleman tried a few things and would only give me the number of the company of the router as "his Help."

Useless for my Canon color printer
I was told I could return it for any reason. I was told it does cover if it doesn't work (which is why I got the four year plan). Well printer wouldn't retreive the papers from the rear tray. It's not a product it's a protection plan
Staples Protection Plans are a good deal for items that can easily be broken or fail. I can't rate it at this point but I know it will come in handy later if I have problems.

best ever!
Usually don't purchase warranties but this time I got lucky. My newly purchased printer wouldn't hook up to my computer but the wonderful tech at Asurion spent hours getting it up and running. Without him I would have had to return the printer. I was amazed!

4 year Protection plan
I am very pleased that I took out this protection. Unfortunately a month before it was up my tablet started giving me trouble. It was very easy to contact and get service for my refund and was able to replace it at same price on sale. Thank you!
