Awesome product!
This is a great cup that works very well! I am thankful that Staples offers this amazing product. Otherwise, I would have to spend time shopping for an eco-friendly cup, you made it easy! The office loves them because we use a lot of them and it makes us feel less guilty by using a green product. The cup is durable and handles our hot coffee and tea just like any ot...

They are only compostable commercially—not as advertised.

Usable, but way too small. Need an eco-minded 12oz alternative!
What's an ecologically-minded buyer to do? Thanks to the restrictions on our Advantage account, we can either buy 12oz cups with lids and have boxes of lids left over, or buy 12oz foam cups that will look brand new in the landfill 500 years from now.
While these cups are okay if you *want* a 10oz paper cup (nobody does around here), Having a compostable 12oz option woul...

Great High Quality
They don't seem compostable by how well they're made. So they work well & are not putting more wasted plastic into the world so that's good.

Too thin
They are much thinner that the dixie coffee cups we usually order. We only got these because the others were out of stock.

Wouldn't buy if for hot liquids
We try to buy products that are good for the environment. Unfortunately, these cups are way to thin to be used for hot coffee or tea. We ended up doubling up the cups in order to hold them because the heat from the liquid made it hard to handle the cup.
