Scotch Tape refillable
I was expecting the full plastic dispenser, but these have the paper backing which reduced refillability.

Received 1 roll
Item stats 12 rolls of tape. I only received 1 roll. Customer Service was good and are sending out replacement, I will update my rating if that replacement order is correct.

New style holder bad!
One side of the holder is open making it too easy to restrict the roll from turning while using. I prefer the full clam shell holder with two sided.
The Scotch magic tape is very good as always.
