Crummy cups
These cups are not insulated, and several of them had rips in the from the manufacturing process. I will not buy them again.

Flimsy & Not durable
These cups are not sturdy. When grabbing the cup it bends. There were multiple sleeves that the bottom material overlapped which caused micro holes leading to the beverage leaking everywhere.

not recommended for hot drinks
Although it says it works for hot & cold, I would not suggest you use it for coffee. It has no insulation so you need a sleeve or only hold it for short periods. Had no issues with is morphing or shape of falling apart like some of the other reviews - it just burns your hands unless you double up (which defeats the point of why I ordered eco friendly cups). NOT WHAT I EXPECTED
These cups are not what I expected at all. When filled with hot liquid they do not hold shape and become very unstable. Very disappointed, being this was all that was in stock at the time. I will not order again!!
