Horrible Product
Quicken Classis is the absolute bar-none worst financial software I've ever used. It's not user friendly and certainly is NOT intuitive. You have to be a computer programmer to use it. I previously used Microsoft Money and that was the best very intuitive you input the numbers and it worked. Quicken Classic is a piece of garbage. I spent an hour trying to input a...

Another year of a meh updates
Subscription model isn't great when you just want account syncing and all the stuff they add isn't useful. The lifetime planner should at least do a Monte Carlo analysis and help you plan roth conversions.

The gentleman who took my computer in that morning was very pleasant told me that they would give me a call when Quicken was installed. Received a phone call around 430. Everything was done the gentleman. I dealt with in the afternoon again was very pleasant. I enjoy bringing my computer to Staples never have any problems.
