Protection
I was having so much trouble with my phone until I purchased Webroot. It’s totally worth the money, and it covers 5 of my devices. No more freezing, and all the other crazy stuff it was doing, and I’m getting a lot done now. Webroot is the best!!!

product does not protect
Could never get scan past 11 percent attempts to reach support were directed to third party tried another product which detected and removed many threats your product did not detect. Purchased another product. Would like a refund but i suspect you do not do that

Protection

Great Anti-Virus & Optimization Tool
I was recommended Webroot by an old friend 20 years ago, and it's still going strong and working great. It blocks spam, viruses, and sets a firewall. It also allows me to get rid of unwanted clutter with the optimization tool. It works as it's supposed to.

Haven't been hacked in 2 years
Webroot monitors behind the scenes and you have no idea that it is keeping you safe. However, after using this software for over 2 years, I have not been threatened at all with a virus or any other malicious attack.

Went somewhere else
I have never had a virus but now use less computers and could not get ahold of anyone to help me with my subscription. So I finally canceled it.

Beware, it may corrupt Software
I bought this 9 months ago and it corrupted several communication software programs and made it impossible to use my PC. And then the geek squad could not remove the webroot program. So I was unable to use my PC.

Works Great on Windows and MacOS
I started using Webroot several years ago when I was still using Windows. It used very little system resources and was highly rated by the testing services. During that time it caught and quarantined quite a few malware beasties. When I finally got fed up with Windows and moved to the Mac, I continued with Webroot. So far, so good.
