Does its job
I was in the market for a new printer and this one ticked off all of my must haves. It was easy to set up, doesn’t take up a lot of room and actually prints when I tell it to. I don’t do a lot of printing so I wanted a laser printer because inkjet cartridges dry up with little use. I’m happy with this purchase.

My perfect printer
This printer is everything it was advertised to be and I couldn't be happier. It was very simple to set up and worked immediately with all our devises. Using toner instead of ink and B&W only, it sit quietly in the corner until it is called on to print a document, then it prints in a flash. This Is a very good printer!!!
Best printer I’ve ever owned. It’s great. It also saves a lot of money on ink. Prints beautiful and fast. It is only black and white, but that’s OK. We love it.

Took 3 Days to Install
The HLL2460DW does what it was purchased to do, print. The one star is for the instruction and procedures to install. I have installed numerous Canon, HP, Epson printers all very simple to set up. This Brother took me three days with the help of the Copilot. Very annoying and confusing.

Toner depleted quickly
My printer became low on toner less than a month after I purchased it. That was very disappointing

Printer annoyance
I was initially pleased with my printer. However, it now goes on Deep Sleep mode and your solutions don’t help. I have several topics in cue but printer does not recognize command. I installed app and follow that, have had a geek try to resolve it and might work for 1 hour but goes into Deep Sleep mode and have to start over. I am considering junking it and buying ...

Good and bad
The good is that this will be a better printing solution for home users that need to print only occasionally. We sometimes go for weeks, even months without firing up a printer. Read Model Descriptions carefully
Be sure you carefully read product descriptions. I didn’t see that this model doesn’t duplex. Had I noticed I would have purchased next higher priced model. As far as this printer - it works just fine.
