Bent Pin inCharging Cord
My cord was defective - there was a bent pin in the cord, which meant that it was not fitting properly in the power port, and consequently, the battery ran down. There were no more such cords in stock, online or in the store, so I requested and was given a refund. It works, but it does separate from my laptop (HP Envy 360 Convertible) really easy. An annoyance, but then again so was the blistering hot charger that came with it.

Right place at right time

So Far, So Good
I needed a new cord and power adapter for my HP laptop after my power cord started sparking and melting. I decided to get an HP cord and adapter since they would likely be compatable with my HP laptop. The new cord is working well so far, and hope it keeps working well.
