Don’t connect
They show connected and nothing plays from them when using music or any app that plays sound.

Fits tiny ears! Terrible for calls
They fit my ears well which is a miracle. I have small ears plus tragus and conch piercings so finding earbuds is nearly impossible. Battery life is reasonable. They seem to amplify all noises except my voice on phone calls to the point where they're unusable for that purpose.
Unfortunately the buttons stopped working after a while but sound still works.

J lab mini exceeded my expectations!
Finally an ear bud that dosent fall out of my ear and sounds great both! Excellent product and another pleasant addition to my growing collection of jlab earbuds!

I love these
these are the best earbuds i have used. they are so small which makes it perfect to fit in my ear, most just fall out.

Best purchase made for pierced ears.
I've had these minis for almost a few hours now. They fit so well. Especially with my conch piercings in. They don't hurt them and I can still listen to my music and be happy. I wish it had an attached cord like my other earbuds, but I'll live.

Not great
Right earbud stopped working a month into ownership. The volume is now super quitet on the remaining functional earbud.
