Horrible junk
Touch pad doesn't work well (you can barely click on anything after 6 or 7 tries). Just shuts down and locks up every 2 or three minutes. Ridiculous.

Biggest piece of junk I've ever owned
Bought this laptop after owning several other HPs which worked great. First one wouldn't stay connected to WiFi. Staples sent a replacement (thank you Staples!). Same issue has been present off and on for 6 months. Have spent over 20 hours with HP tech support trying to solve the connectivity bugs, including reinstalling the operating system. HORRIBLE LACK OF LABELING ON ISLES!!!!
I had to track down someone to check me out. I find the lack of labels on the isles very, VERY, not customer friendly. I understand that this edict comes from corporate and that corporate wants customers to wander through the store looking for what brought them it, and hoping they will find other stuff to purchase as well. VERY poor customer service…just saying.

Bought this laptop for a live class and found it really easy to sync to my desktop and to any Wifi connection. Really, it was WAY too easy.

Impressed with my HP laptop with 13th gen i7
I already have a HP 2016 15.6" i5 laptop which is good. I am extremely happy with HP laptop 15 i7 I have purchased. It is very fast and loaded all my apps no trouble at all. Obviously, it is running windows 11 which had to be changed over from S mode to allow non MS apps to be loaded.

Delivered broken
The purchase process was seamless, but the laptop came broken. The touch pad was not working at all. I bought the 'HP 2 days 3 years onsite service' but I had to send it to HP for fixing instead - 2 weeks without a laptop. Would not recommend purchasing the 'extra service' nor HP in future.
