Title? Don;t understand what you want.
had trouble keeping in my ears for very long without hurting. Sound direction was a problem also.
Did get good help from people that I talked to about returning thr hearing aids. Very helpful and courteous.

Not satisfied with comfort, clarity and ease of us
The hearing aides did not feel comfortable in my ears. Clarity was not achieved. The fit felt too bulky.

Good communicator
While I am a very new user, I have a great deal of background with audio and signal processing. Today's video call was very helpful, easily understood and relavent. She exhibited a thorough knowledge of the product and explained how to better meet my needs.

Finally no squealing
Jourdan helped me to stop the squealing that I was experiencing by not using the correct ear caps for my hearing aids for my size ears. I was not getting a good seal. He worked with me on placement and it’s working. Thanks Jourdan!

First review and conversation with Muhammed.
Received my hearing aids a week ago and have already mostly adjusted to them. I only wear one and it improved my hearing very much. Initial conversation with Muhammed gave reassurance that Audien will support me in the future.

Love my Audium Atoms hearing Aids
I bought my Audium Atom X about a month ago and I couldn’t be more pleased. I have very few issues except the fit of the domes . Ezzy spent a lot of time coaching on how to find domes that fit properly. I will be doing just that later today. Love the controller
Vincente was very patient with my special needs son. Vincente broke down the tutorial to it's most basic explanation for him. He was courteous and professional.

Fantastic service
