Won't stay connected to the base
Just received these yesterday and have been having trouble keeping them connected with the case. One of the hearing aids were always disconnected. Called and talked to Jenny (very helpful) and she is sending me a new unit. I hope they work properly.

Disappointed
I bought these hearing aids about 5 weeks ago and have several issues with them. They do not hold the charge for more than 10 hours. One keeps shutting off randomly during the day. Reconnecting them to my phone several times during the day is inconvenient. I would not recommend these hearing aids.

Love The Atom X Hearing Aids
So happy that I bought the Atom X hearing aids. I can watch TV without having to turn up the sound to high levels. So many sounds that I could barely hear are clear now.

Hearing Aid
I purchased an in the ear type, which although a nice product, did not work for me. Jeff worked with me to find an alternate that I am expecting soon. He was very professional and nice and helped me save some money on the new hearing aid

Great assistance
Arnel was great in assisting me with information about the hearing aid l had purchased for my aunt.The problem was that her ears are small and we could not get the in ear hearing aid to go into her ear. Arnel suggested a behind the ear model.So l will try that instead.
