I love the sound quality, change settings feature
I bought my Atom X almost 2 months ago. My right one started cutting out in the 1st month. Two weeks ago it just died. Charlize went through the troubleshooting step but it still didn’t work. I have the protection plan so she will send me a mailing label to return my set. She offered a discount if I wanted to buy a backup set so I did.

Atom X hearing aid is Amazing... SO easy No app!

Good quality
As far as I experienced the sound quality of the hearing aids was very good, I could not use them for any extended period of time to really get used to them and fine tune them because I couldn’t keep one of them in my ear.keep one.

Wax guards
Excellent hearing aid. I’ve had problems removing the wax guards. John Paul was very professional and efficient in assessing the problem and working toward resolution.

Great Product
The product was as advertised. However, after using the hearing aids for several weeks, I did not think that I was ready for hearing aids. But if the future, if this should change , I will differently seek Audien out again.

Try them, you’ll like them
Have used aids about two weeks and immediately got a snug fit with domes provided. Easy to understand instructions. I love that aids are interchangeable in either right and left ears. I got no feedback with these because the fit is right. I find them comfortable too and after a week or two, the sounds I didn’t care to hear (like my own chewing) became less noticeable ...
