Poor Quality
I ordered this office chair 10/10/2021. Today is 2/23/2023. In less than 1.5 years, The leather on both arms and seat are craking (see attached photos). I'm about 165lbs and use this chair in my home office (working from home) 8-10 hours a day and 5 days a week. Although the chair is very comfortable, the leather is not durable as expected. Didn't even last 30 days.
Chair arm broke where it attached to the bottom of the seat. No way to fix it. Chair is unusable.

Replacing Parts Too Often
Three years into ownership, and Staples makes you jump through hoops before they will honor the warranty. You need to have the original receipt - regardless of the fact that I've had to call to replace parts before. Doesn't matter if the manufacturing date tag on the bottom of the chair shows it is well within the original warranty period.

Very comfortable office chair
I bought my first office chair at Staples years ago. I thought it was time for an upgrade. Fortunately Staples was having a sale. My new chair was inexpensive and plush. I did not appreciate the heavy pressure to buy the warranty which along with sales tax added about $30.00 to the price. Still it’s a great chair.

The lumbar sides are not sewn evenly, left side support is approx 1.5 longer than the right side support. Left side is short stubby looking and right side long and narrow.

Son is very pleased with this chair
I purchased this office chair for my son though I was concerned about his choice when seeing the rating score. I must tell you that he is very pleased with the chair which was delivered, and promptly assembled, yesterday. My son is 5'10" tall and built, he states the chair was easy to assemble and padded in all the right places. Very comfortable for him.
