Why won't Canon let us see into the Inkwell?
The 5 stars are for Staples great selection and price comparable to online pricing. 1 star for the ink. The tanks run out so fast now. Just how much ink is really in there? Aftermarket ink tanks have clear ink wells, so you can see how much ink is in there, but Canons are dark black so it's anyone's guess just what's inside. not worth it
Box says 11.4ml and the regular cartridge is 5.6ml. That is not in the product detail online. There may be some fixed wastage but the arithmetic based on ink volume suggests that regular cartridge is better value!

I Only use the Canon cartridges in a Canon Printer
The XXL cartridges are a better value and last longer with all the printing we do. As the Review Title states: I only use the Canon cartridges in my Canon printer.

Waste of a box
I just received this item in a box that was far too large. What a waste. If I see any more shipments like this, I will be shopping for another office supplier.

XL & XXL canon inks are the way to go
XL & XXL cannon ink is cost effective postage wise and volume of ink as well as I use fewer plastic ink cartridges.

XXL size means you run our of ink less often. Only problem, it took more than the 1-2 business days for delivery as advertised.

Well, it's the right ink at a decent price
I definitely prefer the XL ink tanks but since I don't have a great way to confirm how much more ink I'm actually getting, I can't say for sure that it's a better value. At last I don't have to change the ink tanks as often.

Staples Very Competitive!
I much prefer the XXL Ink Cartridges because they last longer. Staples' price is VERY competitive! Shipping is VERY competitive. Availability is very competitive. Going to be considering Staples from now on as a source for my office supplies!
