This has to be the worst thing ever invented!
Blade doesn't cut the tape, the tape gets stuck to the roller, so you try to figure out if the tape is even installed properly, and it doesn't matter! No matter which way you put the tape in, it doesn't work! Save yourself the frustration and don't buy this thing!

Workhorse of a product
I bought this last year and love it. Only issue I've had was I forgot how to load it. The video for instructions should be prominently displayed on product page. That being said this is my favorite tape dispenser I've ever used. I wrap many presents all throughout the year and use tape day to day on just about everything.

Worst tape dispenser EVER
I came to the "scotch" site to see if this dispenser had a recall or some replacement program. As stated in other reviews, this unit does not cut well & then the tape sticks to the roller where it can't be reached. I don't write product reviews, but this dispenser is so bad, I didn't want others to waste their money..

Not always work
The old blue unit works 90% of the time. This new replacement unit only works 50% of the time. Most of the time either the cutter is dull that tape couldn't cut clean, or the tape got jam where the blade is. Sad to see the old unit went away and Scotch replaced with this inferior product.

Not worth the money
Bought this thinking it would help speed up my Christmas wrapping. NOT! I am proficient in the tape dispensers used for scrapbooking. This didn't work at all. No directions on how to insert the tape roll either. Made things more stressful not less stressful. Scotch tape squares worked better.

This never worked, even right out of the package.
After attempting to get it to work 4 times, the inner parts literally fell apart and came tumbling out. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Does not work
I am sending it back to the manufacture. We had a similar product from Scotch which was sturdier and worked great. I cannot find it with Staples or other supply companies.

Wasn't sure how this was going to work but it allows for one handed taping and that is fantastic! Is easy to reload. Can't wait for Christmastime wrapping as this will make things much easier! Would recommend and would purchase again!
