I LOVE IT!
This is our second one. The first one is still going strong since 2004. We needed another one because our office grew. You can order replacement heads from Staples (#405934). It comes with an 180-day manufacture's warranty and Staples will pick up your return and bring you a replacement at the same time. That's a win-win situation if you ask me.

Very hard to use

Might be High Capacity but NOT heavy duty
Unfortunately one of the punches broke within a hour of use. I had to order a replacement punch kit from Swingline for an additional $80. Disappointed that a "high capacity" punch was so easily broke.

Need LOTS of Muscle Power - Not for some Women!!!
We are having so many issues with this heavy duty puncher! We tried calling Swingline support, but unable to get a hold of anyone. We have to get something workable in the office. Do not waste your money.
Never punches all three holes consistently. After taking apart and cleaning, it still didn't work correctly.

TERRIBLE
THIS IS THE SECOND STAPLER THAT I HAVE ORDERED BY HEAVY DUTY SWINGLINE - IT ALWAYS BREAKS AND ITS SO HARD TO USE!!! IM REALLY UNHAPPY ABOUT IT BECAUSE WE REALLY NEEDED A STAPLER THAT WAS HEAVY DUTY!!!

Great Hole Puncher
This is a Great Puncher! We have reams of paper to hole punch at month end and this hole punch has served well over the last 2 years. I am just now looking for the disks...

Hard to use
We recently received this and right out of the box we had a hard time lifting and lowering the handle. Even without any paper it is extremely difficult to move the handle. We are wondering if we need to loosen a screw or something to fix the problem, but right now we don't even use the hole punch.

The new model makes it very difficult to change from 3 hole punching to 2 hole punching
The new model requires extra effort to change from 3 hole to 2 hole. You have to work from the bottom of the punch in order to accomodate the change. Because the plastic discs do not allow for the punchhead to penetrate beyond the last few pieces of paper to be punched, not all of the paper gets punched.

Do Not Purchase!
This hole punch is not worth the money. It never worked properly, one of the hole punchers would not cut through the last 5 pages causing inconsistency. This is not worth the money. It is now broken after three months of use.

Gets the job done w/o a lot of muscle
does the job and does it well - cutting disc do wear out rather quickly - this punch gets a lot of use - it would be nice if Staples would also sell replacement punch pins and cutting disc for this model

It is too hard to punch holes.
Does not punch all the papers,no matter how thick or thin the stack.Very disappointed.Definetly NOT worth the price.3 hole adjuster is too lose.
(We use to order same heavy duty hole punch and you changed the style and built too louzy.(Exact same model used to be like this one(ACCO Model 650)We hope this will come back on shelf.
