Very Poor Quality
Despite the relatively high price, these paper towels are of very poor quality. I will never buy them again.

Rubber buggy baby bumper
These do have a firm stretch to them, but they expand more than enough, and don't break, or at least breakage is very minimal, barely worth mentioning actually. Buy them to bundle wires for resale, and I can get three loops on a 1/2 - 3/4 inch bundle.
