N'joy sucralose
I ordered it for my 89 year old mother who is super picky and a well groomed gourmet cook. She has only praises for this product. A friend called me to get the info where I ordered it, so, today you have a new customer and probably a few since they live in a community for the elderly and they all tell each other the products they use.

N'Joy® Yellow - Sucralose Zero Calorie Sweetener
Contrary to advertising, this is not just sucralose, or even primarily sucralose. The ingredients actually listed on the packets (they're not even listed on the box) in order (largest ingredient 1st, etc) , are: dextrose, maltodextrin, and then sucralose.
