Pilot Retractable Gel Pens
Everyone in our office loves these pens. They're smooth, comfortable to write with, last a long time and are affordable, We always have the G2's on hand: 0.5mm, 0.7mm and 1.0mm in both the blue and black inks. Always good. Favorite pens of all time!
The G2 series hasn't let me down. These are the only pens where I will use it down to nothing. Extra fine lasts a lot longer than the thicker ones and writes just as nice. If you aren't a hard writer, then you won't have issue with any scratching. I would not recommend extra fine if you are a hard writer.

Pilot G2 Retractable Gel Pens
I love these pens! My pens must be retractable, I prefer blue ink and fine tip. These pens fit the bill 100%. (I think everyone else in my office loves them as well because they always go missing!)
