File cabinet
Good cabinet. It took me 5 tries before I received the cabinet without a dent. Staples was so on it and sent someone to pick it up and deliver another one right away. I wanted to give up on the fourth try but staples assist in giving me the fifth one. The driver was also nice they would tell me before they arrive that the cabinet was dented. Buy in the store ONLY
We ordered this file cabinet online. They delivered it with three dents. We had to exchange it three times because it was ALWAYS dented. I would only but it in the store. Staples does not pack this item right.

Great cabinet / Fast delivery
I was worried the file cabinet would arrive damaged as a few others said theirs did. In fact the complete opposite, and I was very surprised on how well it was packaged. The first file drawer delivered was damaged - lower left bottoms slightly bent in. Three of drawer rails were misaligned. We could not get the those drawers back in after taking all the drawers out to reduce weight before moving it into the house. The replacement file cabinet delivered undamaged.

Weird seperators - solid construction
This doesn’t come with file rails, or the sliding backstop I’ve come to expect from previous filing cabinets. Instead it came with four oddly shaped wire things that can be used to prop up files at an angle. They are weird and useless to me. Positive with one exception
Cabinet well-made, sturdy and fine looking. The only problem is the drawers are bowed slightly on one side, so the fixed insert divider doesn't fit correctly. It fits fine on one side, but the other is too wide to accept the tab to hold in place. Not worth the trouble of sending back and getting another, as I expect the next one may have a similar problem.

Quality of product
We expected much better product quality. We do not consider this is a commercial quality filing cabinet. Packaging of the product was fine as was delivery.

Bought two both came dented
I like the cabinet, was able to hold a lot more files than I thought it would. They both came with multiple dents, one even tilted a little and I had to put something under one of the corners. I really don't care because they are hidden away in a closet and I was in a hurry so I kept them, but it is very disappointing that they could not be delivered in good condition...

Shipper issues...
Both of my orders were delivered to another neighbor on a different street. Thankfully, they were nice enough to let us know. However, we had to take our truck to the neighbor's and load it with the shipment and bring it back to our location. I have never had this happen before with Staples.

For a commercial cabinet, I don't feel that the cabinet is strong and able to withstand everyday office use.
