Avery templates are horrible!
I have been using Avery products for years, and I try to use their templates that go with the indexes. These things are a pain in the neck! No matter what version of Word I use, the templates almost never work correctly. I follow the Avery instructions and they don't match up with Word. Product good check out not so good.
I didn't have your app on my phone, so getting credit in my rewards acct was harder than it should be. I Still have an old card which your system doesn't like. And you won't issue a new one with bar codes!

Don't know what is wanted in this box

Index tabs are great!
I direct a choir that does some traveling and these index tabs are a great tool for use in our notebooks. Just call out the number we are singing and we are there instantly. One of the really great things about these tabs is they are very sturdy. They hold up really well under wear. Thanks Staples for a great product.
