Wet Paper
We received our paper and the bottom box's lid was wet which soaked through to the top ream of paper. I have attached a picture. We would like to have this replaced as we purchase a lot of paper through Staples.

Very poor
When i received the box of paper i ordered each ream of paper was was opened. They were packaged poorly and every piece of paper was loose and not bound in the paper package. The paper is already poor quality but add in the poor packaging makes it a problem.
