poor quality
this has got to be to poorest quality of packaging i have ever encountered as a customer of staples. i literally had 6 cases of paper and had to undue 75% of the packaging because everything was either missing, bent, torn apart or taped with NO lid. totally inexcusable. I expect better quality from you guys especially since i've been a loyal customer for along time. ...

This not the highest grade of paper that Staples sells, but it is just fine for everyday printing and business reports and such, unless you need to print high quality graphics or photos.
