Great Cart
Easy to assemble. Pretty spacious for interdepartmental mail and supply disbursement. Would definitely purchase again.

assembly required!
I did not realize we had to assemble this and the instructions are in pictures, so not very easy to follow. It took us all afternoon to put together and took us away from our work.

Works well but need availability of replacement parts
We use this cart in our daily operation and it usually carries more than average amount of weight but still under the capacity of the cart. We have 10-12 throughout our operation and we are replacing some of them each year. As the cart rear wheels wear, the lack of bushings causes the rear axle to wear an elongated hole into the upright. Better than expected
Our office needed a new cart because our last one was very flimsy and pretty much fell apart. This one looked stronger, plus it's dimensions made it a larger cart. When we received it, the cart was a breeze to put together and, once all of the bolts were tightened, stood as a very strong and sturdy cart. The item looks and performs much better than expected.
