Intermittantly stops working
This unit clearly had a manufacturing defect. Every once in a while the device connected to the 5th port stopped working. Changed cables and it wasn't the cable. Returned it.

A salesman greeted me when I entered Staples and walked me to the Ethernet switches I needed. He pointed out the features of each switch, which helped me make my selection. Great Small Switch
I probably have a half-dozen of this little switches around, I use them for a number of different things. Their rugged metal case makes them pretty durable. The price is very reasonable and they work well.

I'm not sure yet. The WI-FI is not working. I'll have to contact the provider to see if my WI-FI is still good. The regular internet is working ok.

Easy to use
Its as simple as plug and play. I get defectives happen, but the amount of bad stars pertaining to it is clearly a matter of not knowing how to set it up.
