Does NOT last at all
In 1.5 years we've had it replaced once and the replacement is already cracking and failing in the same way only 4 months later. STAY AWAY. How about instead of putting "women owned" everywhere you put that time and effort into making a product that actually lasts.

chair mat
Chair mat was "not" rolled up as stated on the sticker on the mat and left w/o any plastic etc. Was dirty and bent at the corner of mat and left straight in front of my door! Smart?!!!

It was delivered flat, Yea!
Usually these types of items are delivered rolled and it takes days to flatten. Not this time.

Tough enough for many users.
Very useful product for laying atop a carpeted floor, but an extra durable option would be appreciated. A single mat has worked fine for me for years, but my larger husband, who has his own chair and mat and logs more hours of its use, goes through one every couple of years.

Not as thick as expected
This mat is adequate, but not as thick as the one it replaced...that's on me. I thought the only difference between mats was what surface they were used on. Does protect the carpet, but due to the thin material, desk chair doesn't roll very easily as the mat sinks into the carpet.

Unrolling Chair Mat
I received the item today. It was left at the door in the rain. The person didn't even ring the doorbell The mat will not lay flat. I was told when I paid for it that it would be in a box. It was not!!! I am very disappointed and will not shop at Staples again. At least the person should have rang the doorbell to let me know my product arrived. Lousy service

.07 mm sharpie pen refills
Working great - there was some question whether they would work in a pen barrel originally for a .05 mm.

Low pile carpet only
This may work on a low pile carpet or a hardwood floor, but not on thick carpet. It slides around.

Ships flat to save unrolling fustration
Works well with my office chair. Mat has good grip and doesn’t slide around. The chair can leave small indents in the plastics if not moved in a while but they quickly disappear. Very pleased that it shipped flat.

Could have been heavier material
The product is good but I did not understand exactly what low pile meant. The carpet I put it on is a bit thicker and the new mat now has a slight depression where the chair casters sit. The old mat was heavier material and stood up well for years. When I was searching for a new pad I did not see any advertised as being for thicker pile.

This was absolutely terrible to unroll.
This came rolled up in a box and it was absolutely terrible to unroll. I would not recommend purchasing this online.

Won't last Long
This looks great upon receiving but after it was on the floor a couple of weeks we see the chair wheel indentions, and have to nudge harder to move the chair around the floor. Not very happy with this purchase.
