"Watch your step" sign...
I have a small (maybe 1 1/2 inch elevation, piece of concrete at the bottom of my steps. A friend of mind was saying goodbye, going backwards down the steps. When she came to that elevated area, she backed up to get into her car, and fell backwards to the ground, which resulted in some bruising, but thankfully, she's OK now.
