Not condusive to our documents
I've ordered the "sign here" dispensers and everyone just loves them! If they would have put "initial here" the dispensers would have been a double hit but they used "please initial." Some of our documents require signature on the left side and if you use these "please initial" shows upside down. So we're back to the smaller individual ones. :-(

Easy to use and plentiful
These flags are easy to use with the dispenser. It is bulkier than the popup flags, but you also can't accidentally remove multiple flags like you occasionally do with the popup flags. Also the price is nice compared to popup flags. They have just enough sticky on them and are clearly visible.

They are "ok"
I used to love these tabs in the past but the "Please Initial" wording on the tabs wears off very easily. They are not very durable. Sometimes they stick so much to the paper that when I take the tabs off, they tear off with some of the paper attached to it. Not good when you are working with important documents.
