Battery backup
Battery backup for my desktop. Lost a computer once too many power loss shutdowns. With this backup I know I have time to shutdown properly.

Replaces older APC unit
Hard to review when you've only had it a week. No outages so far. I assume it works as well as the last one. It protects modem phone wifi computers etc.

Bought to replace an identical unit that failed
It works fine. Just remember that you should allow it a day or so to fully charge before expecting it to keep your computer on for an extended length of time. I bought the same unit again because the previous one (and additional ones of the same make and model) have worked great for years. Nothing lasts forever however.

As advertised with quick delivery.
Though the photo shows it to be an ES model that is not shown on the actual product delivered. However the specs and details suggest it is in he same model. I bought (2) and they both came fully charged. the delivery was quick and onkda earlier than originally stated. So at this point I am very pleased.

Works great but
So far this product is working as expected. The only problem is that the holes for the plugs seem to be offset a little from the plugs themselves. Anything plugged in has to be forced into the holes and does not always sit flush with the unit itself. Might just be my unit. The one I had before identical to this one did not have this problem.

We order a replacement as our had been beeping and we tried changing the battery and it kept beeping. Since we installed the new one no beeping. Miss the phone portal that is not there anymore. Works like it says it does and no our clients don't hear the beeping noise anymore when they come in. It does get irritating when you constantly hear the beeping noise.

phone portals
Ordered the exact same Model # as my previous unit. New unit does not have the phone portals like the older unit causing issues with hooking up my internet through this unit.
