Only reason for two stars is the price. when I first purchased this product years ago it was $68 for 2000 sheets of toner.

Replacement was sent in a timely manner
I have not yet replaced the cartridge as I am waiting the current one runs completely dry. I bought the cartridge early so that I would not be "stuck" in mid-print.

Good Product
Dell makes a very good product, so they're toner cartridges are of the same quality. I have found that I need to shake the new cartridge really well before putting it in to maximize it's life span.

The Dell WM138 Magenta Toner Cartridge (KU055), high yield toner replacement cartridge works as expected. However, by having the higher yield toner, you do not have to purchase the toner as often. DELL toner cartridge
I love the Dell toner cartridges. They are easy to change in the printer, open the door, take the old cartridge out, put the new cartridge in, close the door and start printing again. No tearing the tape off and shaking and hope you don's get it all over the room before you get it in the printer. They last a long time. I print a lot of colored pictures and don't worry.....

Great product but too expensive
Again, I am a start up business, and the high cost of these toner cartridges makes them almost cost prohibitive to use. But I truly like the quality. I use toner saver mode on my laser printer except when I print docs that go otd.

The High Yield is very good.
The cartridge is in one of our three printers, this one was put in our design/engineering office to make it more convenient for the workers, to not have to go get their documents from the other computer.
I like the high output of the cartridge. Just wish it was also available in store, as there are times we run out and have to wait for it to be delivered.

Don't go generic
In the future, I will only order genuine DELL parts to avoid the aggrevation I had with cheaper ones.

My Dell Color Laser Printer is a great printer. I like being able to check on ink status, so I don't run out in the middle of an important project.
