assemble a desk
desk arrived fine, had a bad experience with man that came to put it together. He arrived about 9 am Monday July 10th , we did not have the desk in the location , he became very rude/impatient with our business office staff , they paged me, I went to talk to him and said we could have it in the correct area in 10 minutes, he would not wait and said he had to go to anoth...

The gentleman came yesterday, February 02, to assemble the desk. He was very pleasant and efficient. The process took about two hours. We are very pleased with the desk. It fits perfectly in our bedroom. Thank you!

I am so disappointed. First of all it was difficult to schedule an appointemnt. I did not feel as if the receptionist were even trying to accomodate my schedule. It was very frustrating. I ordered three bookcases and thought it best to have a professional assembe them. The first time the gentleman came, they were completed incorrectly. The bottom shelf was upside down on two out of three of them. The shelf that cannot be moved was backwards with the rough edge facing out. I called him and told him he needed to return.
