Excellent work by assembler
Installer gave us a time frame of when he'd arrive: between 9 and 9:15 a.m., and he was at our home at 9:05. Although he said he'd never assembled a desk and hutch combo like I had purchased, he did a beautiful job, and even left his name and phone number in case we had any problems or concerns. I'm glad he's local, I'd use him again anytime.

Waste of Time
After waiting 9 days to hear from the company regarding scheduling a time for assembly. I was told that they do not have anyone in my area that can assemble during the workday. Save yourself time and headache and hire someone local.

No communication
I gave them two days to set up my desk. There was no communications to why would be late in the day that they were going to give me. I told him about Mark so I would not recommend this service at all nor will. I probably wouldn’t go back to Staples and buy a desk. Nothing against them but if this is the kind of service they give for assembly I really wouldn’t use them.

Excellent Installer
Installer arrived on time between the given time frame of 10 and noon. Was very careful with everything, and did a great job of putting the desk together. Will use this service with anything that I order through Staples that needs to be put together. Thanks! Eddie

Everyone at NAS on the phone and the technician were very courteous and friendly. Called on Wednesday to schedule assembly appointment on Friday. Technician did not show up for Friday appointment.
