This is the second time we have ordered this product and it holds up really well as I think the ones in my desk I have had for over 10 years so we wanted to have a larger supply of them on hand for our new hire and the rest of the office. One negative comment: the plastic tabs for naming a file were very hard to install. It appears the glue used to bond the file lips over the metal bar element closes off the tab openings.
While you should be able to put tabs on either side, it appeared one side was easier to install the tabs on.
