Not what I expected
I thought the 3 tabs would all be in the same file folder but they are all 3 separate folders with the tabs in different places. Ordering online one can not see what they are getting.

Okay, but probably won't last long
Our company bought these because Staples stopped carrying the Smead file folders that are similar to these. The only thing I don't like about them is that they are much less sturdy than the Smead brand we were buying. We use these files for many years as we legally have to keep files back five years. I doubt these will hold up well with all of the moving and rearranging...
