Disappointed
I was very unhappy when upon attempting to put these frames in my file drawers that they were to big. I guess I did not know there were different sizes other than the long drawers. I thought legal size was the normal. Unfortunately I discarded the box right away, so I can't return. There is nothing wrong with your product, it was my mistake for not knowing that file cab...

Poorly Made
We ordered two boxes of the file frames. The first box (with two frames) went together easily. But from the second box, both frames could not be put together. Very frustrating. Buyer beware.

Wasn’t what I needed but the product was good

TOO NARROW
purchased this frame to support legal sized hanging files but it is too narrow for the files. They can only hang at a steep angle. The packaging stated that the width would be 14.75 ins. but, once together as instructed the measure between rails is less than 14.5 ins., hence the folders will not hang properly.

Hanging File Folder Frames
You really need two people to put them together. One person to hold the frame in place while the second person tightens the screw. Their not hard to put together, there just awkward due to their size.
