Hard To Find
I like soft lead (heavy black). I used to by #1 pencils. Can't find them anymore. These refills work very well.

Pentel Hi-PloymerLead 2B, 0.5mm
This lead is inferior to the regular Pentel Super 2B 0.5 mm. It is not as soft, doesn't write as smooth and feels more like a fine ink pen compared to a smooth medium point pen. It may just be my personal preference, but I much prefer the smoothness of the other lead. In addition, it is also more expensive. It's possible that it won't break as easily because it seems ha...

The product is what it is supposed to be. A dark lead for a mechanical pencil.
What is outstanding is the effort of the sales person in procuring the product for me.
