While the Pendaflex SureHook Hanging Pockets, Legal, 3 1/2" Expansion files are great for the purpose of filing legal sized documents, don't be fooled by the 'index tabs' included in the description. THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED. You will need to buy them separately.

Quality reinfornced hanging file folders
I highly recommend this product. I prefer the legal size over letter because the extra room prevents frayed papers that may hang out of traditional letter size. These folders are very sturdy as they are reinforced and unlikely to tear.

Large enough for all my tax stuff
I have used Pendaflex folders for years. For the past couple years, the stuff I save all year so that I can do my Federal income taxes, has no longer fit in the folder I labeled "current year taxes'. After I did my 2017 taxes, I decided that I needed better folders. These are just the ticket!

I love anything that has the Sure Hook handles. They glide easily and are firm and won't sag. I use a color coded filing system so I do with there were more colors available for the expansion product that match the assorted colored hanging files.

They are a little Boxy and stiff and when I tried to expand one, the seam gave way but it still held together and holds it's worth. If they were a little more flexible it would help.

Four stars for the surehook folders
The expanding tab ensures the file won't slip in to the bottom of the cabnet. It holds a large amount of paper.

The hanging hooks slide well and stay in place unlike those for most hanging folders. They're worth the price!
