do not buy
Just spend the extra money and get heavy duty. This knife would not cut a warm piece of mozzarella, that was already thin sliced. You know the kind you get on a tomato/mozzarella/basil salad. They should re-label them as very light duty knife. For display purposes only or something like that.

do not buy
Just spend the extra money and get heavy duty. This knife would not cut a warm piece of mozzarella, that was already thin sliced. You know the kind you get on a tomato/mozzarella/basil salad. They should re-label them as very light duty knife. For display purposes only or something like that.

Not what I'd call "medium weight"
Forget spreading cream cheese on your bagel with these knives. They bend and flex, and do not seem like "medium weight" to me at all. We purchased these since COVID requires all our utensils to be individually wrapped, but after fighting with one over cutting into a burrito (a burrito!) I started bringing my own real fork and knife from home. Avoid!

Berkley Square Individually wrapped Medium Weight Plastic Knives
I would not recommend this product. They did not compare to the medium weight cutlery that we normally use. Would not be able to cut much other than a banana successfully with this knife.
