Duct tape. Sort of pretty duct tape.
Duct tape has lots of uses. It is not for ducts. If you are using it and you like blue, this is a good choice.

Scotch Duck tape
Great product...love the colors. Choices and availability at Staples is very good. I have not done price comparison, but I wouldn't drive around wasting gas when I spend so much time at Staples.
