Accuform Signs® "ATTENTION.." PF-Cardstock safety tag measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/4" can resist tear, water as well as crack. Tag has matte surface which is easy to write on with pen or marker and has thickness of 10 mil, sold as 25 per pack.
