About this product
The HPE Networking Instant On access point AP32 is a Wi-Fi certified 6E wireless access point built to bring future-ready connectivity to small and medium businesses. The Instant On AP32 supports the 6E wireless protocol that broadcasts on the 6GHz band, which is reserved for Wi-Fi 6E-enabled devices, and offers higher capacity and capability for the devices. This higher capacity needs a strong backhaul, so the Instant On AP32 comes with a 2.5GbE uplink port and PoE to make connectivity and power easy. With a 2x2 antenna array supporting two spatial streams, the Instant On AP32 provides robust connectivity for up to 75 devices and 2.8Gbps of wireless throughput. In the Instant On mobile app, choose to broadcast the 5GHz and 6GHz bands to achieve faster throughput speed, or switch to 2.4GHz and 6GHz for impressive range for modern laptops or smartphones.

- Power consumption: 12.9W (PoE), 11W (DC)
- Access point has an installed TPM for secure storage of credentials, keys, and boot codes
- Access point ships with a white mount clip that can attach to both wall and ceiling
- Provides support for WPA2/WPA3/OWE authentication for secure Wi-Fi access
- With the HPE Networking Instant On mobile app, you can apply bandwidth limits for your clients or your network to prioritize certain networks
- 1024-quadrature amplitude modulation (1024-QAM) improves throughput to access points and devices
- Low-density parity check (LDPC) delivers high-efficiency error correction for increased throughput
- Easily manage and update the Instant On AP32 band setting in the HPE Networking Instant On mobile app from anywhere
- This access point is for businesses that have invested in PoE infrastructure throughout their facility, as these SKUs will ship without a PSU
