Simply the best!
I administratively support someone who is a stickler for quality products. He has been using this brand for maybe 15+ years at work and home. I actually have a different model and love the quality of both they still work like new.

Replaced unit but still get error message
I ordered this because it was a genuine Brother unit, however, after a short time, 2 weeks, the printer tells me I need to replace it with a genuine Brother part.

Shopping Experience for Belt
Product is great. Fortunately i knew about the product as no in working for Staples did. At first no one wanted to help me order this thinking it was some obscure tiny part. Finally i spoke with the fourth person there who somewhat understood what I was talking about and then ordered such on-line.

Meh...
I don't feel like I get the proper life out of a belt as it's supposed to be. The original one should have lasted longer, but that aside, the swap/install was easy, and the new one was packaged well and not damaged or anything like that. Cost is obnoxious as well.
