Ink cartridges do not use all the ink.
I purchased an HP Officejet Pro 6830 May 5, 2016. The black ink cartridge that came with the printer quit after a short period of time but it still showed ink was available. Unseals incorrectly...all colors.
The orange pull tab never comes off correctly, tearing off the color title label also.

Product does not work
purchased 4 new ink cartridges. all colors work but yellow. attempted to contact customer service just to get them to replace the $23 yellow cartridge. they stated i needed to contact tech support because there could be a issue with printer. So i re installed old yellow cartridge and printer worked. So i guess its time to get new cannon printer.

Too expensive
The product is fine. But it is ridiculous that you can buy a new printer cheaper than a full set of ink cartridges.

Ink has a nice quality to it, the price is reasonable and the delivery is speedy. Never have issues ordering with this company and I highly recommend them for doing business with your office needs.

I would recommend this cartridge. It is the only size that fits my printer. It is expensive to replace all three colors.

Damaged; nobody to contact at HP! Terrible
I bought this cartridge direct from HP. After installing it I got a message that the cartridge is damaged. I called HP; that was a terrible experience. The rep wanted 20 minutes to diagnose my printer! No! I said I want an exchange for a new, working cartridge as there’s nothing wrong with my printer.
