Fine.
They are expensive, but needed. Working okay. Easy to install once you get the hang of it. Yes, orange item atop cartridge can stand a bit of force to get it off.

all that I have to say is that I am very 4 happy with the product that I purchased. you have a four and a half star from me. I will be shopping more often now because I am back in the area.

Printer ink is so pricey
I’m saddened that the printer ink for my Inkjet printer is four times what I paid for the printer itself The printer works well and the color is vibrant but it goes so fast especially when you are a senior citizen on fixed income

I am having problems with the black xl cartridge. This is the first time in years of using HP products that I have had a problem. So I can say with confidence that this is not the usual situation with HP products. The color cartridges are doing well. No problems there. Print quality is good as long as the Black XL is working. Pricey, but OEM and good help from store’s staff
What manufacturers charge for ink refills is a bit of a ripoff, but at our local Staples at least I can get help from knowledgable associates as well as a discount for returning used ink cartridges.
