MANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE OUT OF DATE OR HAVE EXPIRED BUT YOU ARE STILL SELLING THEM I CAN PURCHASE THE SAME PRODUCTS DIRECTLY FROM hp FOR LESS $

honestly, I just replaced the old ink cart. and, it appears to be fine.
I'm curious to see approx. how many copies we get from this black ink cartridge.

I use this ink for my printer and have always found it to be great quality. I wish they would make it in the XL size but they don't

Great Ink
It's easy to install and no fuss no mess or bother. Insert cartridges and all set to go. Love it. Would recommend the HP printer to all.

Printer won't work
My printer hasn't worked since I put the new ink cartridges in. Says there is a print head issue.

Colors are off
I bought this several weeks ago and the colors keep being off. Calibrated etc but no change.

Needed replacement
Upon installation, the yellow ink cartridge was damaged. Returned package to Staples and it was immediately replaced with no hassle. Installed new cartridges and all works well now. Have found Staples to give excellent service and all sales personnel have always been helpful. Because of the first package, have given this product a 3 which was compensated by the service.
