Love this product
It got to me fast and the reason why I do not give 5 stars is because the toner does not really last a lot, for the amount of paperwork that we use in the office. It lasts us like 14 days max.

Must be a bad cartridge
Ever since I installed the new Cyan it hasn't printed blue. It must be a faulty cartridge. I have done all the print head alignments, all phases of print head cleanings several times & it still won't print blue. I need to contact Hp about it but I've procrastinated & probably waited to long.

Good but......
When they explode in my hands, clothes or on the floor, it more than ruins my day. Cannot possibly give this a 5 star simply because opening them is like waiting for a bomb to explode. They are expensive enough without the cleaning bill. Just when I think it's safe, it happens again. Sorry, no photo. When this happens, it's just not in me to grab a camera. Please ...

Hi,
I'm really sorry that you had this mess with the cartridge leaking. I'm concerned that perhaps the plastic wrap didn't come off correctly for you during the installation of the cartridge.
The instructions for installing the HP 934 cartridges includes this caution statement:
"Make sure you remove the orange pull-tab and plastic wrap completely before you remove the orange cap in the next step. Otherwise, ink might leak from the ink cartridge. "
You also need to be careful when turning the orange cap. I'd be tempted to put a cloth over the cartridge when twisting it, just in case!
If it was a genuine cartridge and the expiration date (on the cartridge) has not passed, you can ask for a replacement. Just contact us: hp.com/contactHP

I've had this for a month and already the yellow is low. I only print for personal use. Each cartridge should print 100 pages. I may have done 15.

Ink for Community Service
I use a lot of ink as I donate the printing of all brochures, bulletins, correspondence, etc. for the Northeast Polk County Historical Society, Inc. d/b/a Haines City Historical Museum (501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation). I have enjoyed using your product, but would love a donation of ink to help offset some of the expense. Thank you.

HP Ink's The Best!
Although fair-market-traded everywhere so discounts are few and far between, HP ink is the best-quality inkjet there is. So just bite the bullet and pay the freight!
