MANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE OUT OF DATE OR HAVE EXPIRED BUT YOU ARE STILL SELLING THEM I CAN PURCHASE THE SAME PRODUCTS DIRECTLY FROM hp FOR LESS $

Made to run out sooner
Haven't spent this much money on replacement cartridges in years. Ridiculous. Seriously considering discarding our HP printer due to cost of replacements.

Bad
I purchased 2 tricolor cartridges and both were empty. There was no ink in any of the cartridges. I will never order again. Huge waste of my money!

Cartridge issues
Last couple purchases I have had cartridges not work & had to return it to the store. Quality control issues?

Good Product
Never had a problem with this product. We have two printer/copier 's in the office and we are very satisfied with the HP cartridge's. Will continue to purchase them and I recommend them to others.

No Ink in Cartridge
Purchased this product and when I replaced the old cartridges, my printer would not print. I went through all the troubleshooting steps to discover that the yellow and cyan cartridges indicated empty, Staples was great about replacing the cartridges and the replacements worked fine.

I'm afraid to use aftermarket cartridges but the cost of HP cartridges is ridiculous. To replace them all amounts to 80% of the cost of the printer.

Fresh Ink and fast delivery
The HP printer ink ordered from Staples is fresh, it must have come from HP within the last few weeks. Ink we ordered from another on-line source was already expired when we received it, unbelievable. Going to order from Staples from now on. Staples next day delivery is great also.

Fresh Ink and fast delivery
The HP printer ink ordered from Staples is fresh it must have come from HP within the last few weeks. Ink we ordered from another on-line source was already expired when we received it unbelievable. Going to order from Staples from now on. Staples next day delivery is great also.

Did not work properly
This cartridge does not work properly with my HPOfficejet Pro 6835. I thought at first I just received a bad cartridge. Then HP was kind enough to replace it - no charge. But the second one had the same problem. It prints okay for a fe copies then stops printing completely. I replaced it with the non XL and it works just fine.

good but need to last longer
yes i would recommend the printer and ink but only for non professional use in a business we go thru one 4 pack in about 15 or less days .
