MANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE OUT OF DATE OR HAVE EXPIRED BUT YOU ARE STILL SELLING THEM I CAN PURCHASE THE SAME PRODUCTS DIRECTLY FROM hp FOR LESS $

So I had to use the app to get a bonus of $20 off BUT I need to shop IN THE STORE to use it. Though you wanted customers to use the APP!

Excellent product but:
I have used the Officejet Pro 6830 model for at least 15 years (2 machines). It serves me very well. The machine and the quality of the ink are well worth the price. But recently I discovered that it is no longer possible to print using the black cartridge alone unlike previous years. I had to make the additional purchase of color for $68 dollars which I CONSERVAT...

Too expensive
The cartridges are too expensive now and the fact they are not refillable will make continuing to use them irrational! I bought these because my black ink is still plentiful. Once it is gone I will purchase a new printer that does not use cartridges!

its a lot of money to spend for defective cartridges not to mention the waste of paper and ink to find out that one of the colors isn't coming out as it is supposed to

Good Product Good Price Good Delivery Time
Ink cartridges are getting to be very pricey - I generally like to buy all the primary colors along with the black ink but it is just too expensive for me today. I bought the black ink cartridge only felt the price was right and the print quality is always the best. Staples in Minnetonka always gives me good delivery service and I appreciate tham. Thank you.
